Michael T. Faulconer

After practicing corporate and business law with the reputable international firm of Sidley Austin in Los Angeles, Mike returned to Eugene, the city of his alma mater, to focus his practice on local business and real estate transactions. Mike’s calling cards are his attention to detail, mastery of complex legal concepts, and ability to communicate those concepts in a simple and concise manner, all of which enable him to provide excellent and timely service to his clients.

Mike focuses his time and expertise on business transactions of all types and sizes, including the formation of new businesses, the purchase and sale of businesses; the financing of business enterprises; commercial real estate purchases and sales; commercial leases; and complex commercial contracts. Mike also frequently advises clients regarding a wide variety of general business matters.

Mike is an Oregon native who enjoys being active in his community.  He has spent many years coaching club softball and high school softball teams, including leading the Sheldon Irish high school team to two state championships.  Mike also enjoys spending time with his kids and can often be found at one of their various sporting events, plays, concerts, or other activities.
