Howard assists clients in all of the following: all aspects of estate planning, including preparation of wills, simple and complex trusts; probate and trust administration business formation and transactions and advice and representation for real estate transactions.

Howard is very involved with civic and charitable organizations. He is a Past President of the Eugene Estate Planning Council. He is current board member and Past President of the Relief Nursery Board of Directors, and a Past President of the Metropolitan Rotary Club and the United Rotary Clubs of Eugene/Springfield.
