Chelle is a member of the firm’s litigation group and also maintains an active business, intellectual property, and real estate transactional practice. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked at the Lane County Circuit Court, worked in house at a financial group, and had a general business, real estate, and litigation practice in Springfield. Chelle is experienced in assisting clients through some of the most challenging and the most exciting times in their lives, from business start-ups and real estate acquisitions to advocating for clients’ rights and remedies in state and federal court. Chelle is known for her strength in developing client relationships and providing her clients with practical and thoughtful counsel.

Although she does not shy away from zealous advocacy in the courtroom when doing so is in her clients’ best interest, Chelle is passionate about helping clients develop creative solutions to their problems. Chelle is a talented negotiator and was recognized multiple times by the American Bar Association for her negotiation skills while in law school. Outside of her practice, she draws on her skill and experience to coach the University of Oregon School of Law Negotiation Team and regularly judges the university’s various moot court and negotiation competitions.

Chelle is a native of New York but has become a proud Oregon Duck since relocating to Eugene in 2015. In her free time, she enjoys reading, volunteering, and staying active with her two dogs and her fiancé, Michael. Her favorite activities in the Pacific Northwest include scuba diving, running, hiking, and snowboarding.
