Shawn I. Walker

Shawn Walker is an attorney with a focus on trust and estate planning and administration.  He is experienced in assisting clients with creating individualized estate plans.  Additionally, he is experienced in guiding clients through the process of probate, administering a trust, and administering an estate.  Shawn seeks to passionately serve his clients and seeks to develop individualized solutions for their needs.

Shawn has spent his professional career serving others.  Before pursuing a career as an attorney, Shawn served as a licensed funeral director.  As a funeral director Shawn assisted families during the difficult time period after the passing of loved one.  As an attorney, Shawn continues to use the skills he gained as a funeral director as he compassionately serves others through unfamiliar and potentially difficult circumstances.

Shawn is active with the Oregon State Bar and the Lane County Bar Association.  He serves as a Board Member and the current President for the Eugene Masonic Cemetery Association.  Shawn spends his time outside the office with his wife and their two children.  He and his family enjoy exploring the beauties of the Pacific Northwest and love to cheer on their Oregon Ducks.
