David advises established and emerging businesses, as well as individual creators, entrepreneurs, and investors, advising on day-to-day legal issues including new venture formation, technology development and licensing, intellectual property protection strategies, trademark portfolio management, and negotiation of commercial contracts.

David counsels clients on a multitude of commercial contracts and legal matters, including e-commerce contracts, consumer-facing agreements and policies, supply and manufacturing agreements, digital marketing and promotion agreements, and software development and license agreements.

David’s work also includes guiding clients through complex business transactions, financing arrangements and secured transactions, the purchase and sale of commercial real estate transactions, and commercial lease negotiation.

David moved to Oregon from Chicago in high school and has been here since. He earned degrees in Accountancy and Business Administration from Oregon State and earned his law degree from the University of Oregon. David spends the majority of his time off with his family exploring the outdoors through skiing, backpacking, hiking, and mountain biking.
